Tom Owen has over a billion dollars in transactional experience, with over seven years in regional development. Since 2004, he has acted as principal developer of six Coronado homes and has been involved as a consultant in the construction of nine Coronado homes. Tom is the founder of Owen Properties, Inc., a real estate brokerage specializing in Coronado.
He graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, and the Law School at the University of California, Los Angeles. He spent four years practicing as a mergers and acquisitions attorney for Cooley Godward LLP. Tom is a member of the California State Bar and admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. Prior to attending law school, Tom worked in the White House Speechwriting Office.
